New Marriott/SPG account merger issue

    Lucky,
    I was finally able to merge my awards account into my Marriott rewards account. However, I had my 103,000 points transfer over to from SPG to Marriott at 1 to 1 not the correct 3 to 1. I thus magically lost over 200,000 points! After an hour waiting to get a Marriott representative on the phone she checked with their “IT” people and said this was a “known issue” that they were working on and would be resolved. Anyone else had this issue. Naturally I am concerned about my missing 200,000 points!

    It’s only been a few days, there’s probably a bunch of things that need to be fixed. It sucks but it doesnt seem like there is much to do but wait. I’d call back in a few days and ask again, politely.
