NEGATIVE point balance in IHG account
Has anyone ever experienced this. Their Customer Service is less than useless and they keep harking back to a trip I took in 2016 where they “loaned” me the points for a reward night. Didnt even know they did this. The only logical explanation is that the points for the award have changed and they have retroactively charged me the new rate sending me into a negative balance. This used to be such a good program when it was Holiday Inn. I have told them to cancel my account and that I would be booking away form them in the future. THink that would bother them? Not a word!!!
