Chase Sapphire Reserve’s contract with National is blocking the ability of any user with a Chase Sapphire from receiving rental credits if they have their CSR attached to their account, which is an advertised benefit of the card. There is a posting on flyertalk in which others are having the same issue I am. National admits there is an issue when called. Chase refuses to help. Please bring this issue to the forefront.
