Has anyone used this site to book plane tickets? Found some really low rates, but wanted some people with past experience to weigh in prior to booking. Thanks!

Should I use 80,000 points to fly from Austin, Texas to Kona, Hawaii or pay $650? This if for 2 one-way tickets. Thanks
