Hello Bronek, I’m watching your website for long time. I’m provider of the Czech website [URL=”http://www.zivotnacestach.cz”]www.zivotnacestach.cz[/URL] and we are on the way to Peru in Amsterdam. Here was a problem woth the doors in the train which didn’t work and we couldn’t leave the train and have to leave the train on the airport so we have to continue to next stop which was 25 minutes later ans we missed all our flights.

We booked our tickets on Rumbo.com and should flight with BA. Noone from BA were obliging to help us and forwarded us to xompany where we booked our tickets. Unfortunatelly we have some fail tarif so I don’t know if they know it or not.

Please, do you have some suggestion what to do to not lose our flights to Lima and back?
