middle name listed on NONE on flight documents
Hi, question regarding middle names – when I booked international tickets for my party of 5 people, I purposely left the middle name box blank on all travellers, but the website or program filled in one empty box with NONE. So now one of the travellers is listed as John None Smith. The passport has a middle name listed. Airlines will not change the name unless a new ticket is purchased (currently running $3000 more than original ticket price) – will this be an issue?? Or do I need to cough up the extra $3k for a new ticket? Any suggestions?
I wouldn’t personally worry about it. Many tickets don’t display middle names at all once printed, and that’s a very obvious airline error.

Similar question.. I have a JAL ticket booked with AA miles.. somehow “Mr.” got entered as my middle name. I assume this is just a weird error on the AA reservation and shouldn’t be an issue?
Wont be an issue. I’ve had that happen to me before and it wasn’t a problem.
Thanks!
