Michael M MemberDear Lucky, I just booked my first award trip on Cathay Pacific, first class LAX-HKG and business class HKG-CHC and back. I’m trying to decide which seat to select on the business class legs and I’d really like to make sure I get to select a meal while all choices are available. When there is a larger forward business class cabin and a smaller rear business class cabin, in which order do the Cathay Pacific flight attendants generally (always?) take meal orders? Do they start from front to back, left to right or do the flight attendants start taking meal orders in both the business class cabins simultaneously? Thanks.

I’d pick a window seat for business class if traveling alone. I’m not sure how CX takes orders for meals in J but it cant hurt to let the FA know ahead of time what you want, before they start taking orders.
