Jim Crosby New MemberSo I reached 50 nights with SPG on July 30, 2018. The programs do not combine until August 18. When I didn’t get the email asking me which amenity to choose I called and was told the cutoff for that was July 27 so instead of 10 suite night awards I’ll only get 5. I tried to escalate it and they would not let me.
The CSR I spoke with apologized and said that many members have the same complaint.
It’s unconscionable to me that they would choose an arbitrary date three weeks prior to the combination of the programs and not advise us of that ahead of time.
Is there anything I (and the others affected) can do about this?
