Marriott certificate

Marriott certificate

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi, Lucky,

I planned to use two Marriott certificates (categories 1-5) to redeem two nights for late August early September stay in Santiago Chile. Since come August, certificates may worth less, and the current category 1-5 hotels may no longer redeemable after August. Should I not book the hotel now, rather than wait until August when Marriott will announce the changes to the program?

    Thanks!

Frequent Miler has been keeping a comprehensive post on the transition so I’d start there to see if the hotels you’re planning to book will be changing categories.

And here’s his comprehensive SPG/Marriott/Ritz transition guide: https://frequentmiler.boardingarea.com/marriott-spg-ritz-transition-guide/
