Lufthansa remote stands
Hi Lucky, I booked a First class award with Lufthansa through Munich but I’m trying to figure out whether I will have a remote stand or not on my first connection (short LH flight from BRU to MUC). Is there any way to check in advance if a specific flight uses a remote stand or bridge? I had the same problem in Frankfurt as well. Might be a strange question, but I figure you can understand why this can be good to know 🙂
I’m not aware of anything but lets put this back on pg. 1 in case someone else knows.
Nope, it’s always a surprise, unfortunately/fortunately, depending on how you look at it.
Haven’t been able to quell my curiosity–why would it be good to know? Mobility issues?

Because a remote stand is the only way you are guarantied a car to the First class terminal/lounge?

LH ground services can differ widely sadly.
Ahh, of course. I considered that but didn’t realize the situation was the same in MUC as the FCT in FRA. Thanks.
Been a very long time since I have been true MUC so no guaranty I’m not mixing it up with FRA, but I assume that is why Seb is asking.
Could be mobility issues of course.
