Anonymous GuestHi! I have an upcoming flight in LH First from the US to India via FRA. While I know that I can go through immigration and walk to the First Class terminal in FRA, would the experience be similar if I went to the First class lounge in concourse B? My onward flight will be leaving from concourse C so I think I would still receive the chauffeur to the aircraft right? Would appreciate any input. Thanks!

I believe you only receive car service if you have a remote stand, not just a far gate. The lounges themselves have similar features though.
