    Ben,

I’ve had it with AA. My most recent experience put me over the edge…international flight cancelled. You can only imagine. I’m EP and have been for years. I also live in the DFW area so I’ve really had no choice. Now I plan on going out of my way not to fly AA. What steps would you recommend and do you have any preference over Delta vs United?

    Thanks,

    Ray

Where do you fly to the most? Most frequent domestic and international destinations? Are upgrades important? Or earning miles (or more importantly, using ones you’ve earned)?
