Lounge access for travelers in wheelchair
Hi All,
I will be traveling from JFK to JTR on business class with my family. One of my family members will require wheelchair assistance getting to/from the gates and baggage claim/through the airport. In the US, there are attendants who push your wheelchair through the airport (it’s probably the same in Europe). Rookie logistical question here – do we ask the attendant to push my family member to the lounge and ask for someone to pick us up when we are ready to leave? How exactly does that work? I usually travel solo so have never experienced this.
Thank You!
