hello, i’m traveling from LAX to BOS on AA first class on B737.
would i have a lounge access at LAX before departure??

Unfortunately, nope. Unless you have OneWorld Sapphire status or higher in any OneWorld frequent flyer program (except American Airlines), or have an Admiral’s Club membership (purchased or via credit card).
