Lifemiles Routing Rules
Hey planning on going to Europe and would like to use Lifemiles and even though First class award space is wide open on Sydney-Bangkok-Paris in first class, Air New Zealand has recently released a TON of Business Class award space on the Auckland-Sydney route and would like to add that into the award but it wont let me even though the connection times are well within the limit.
Is this routing not allowed or do I have to call Lifemiles up to settle this?

What website are you using to find these fair and have you tried doing a multi-leg booking? What about going through ANZ’s website? It might be the easiest to call them…
@Kiwi Flyer I would double check that the space is not for flyers of those carriers (i.e. check using a third party website like United). Unfortunately usually what you see on the lifemiles website is what you can book. You could try calling in but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.
