    Hi Lucky,

    I was wondering if you’ve noticed the Lifemiles’ latest change in their award search interface? I’ve found it completely horrendous and troublesome.

    – No more date flex search
    – Search won’t show different types of award anymore, instead we have to select specific type of award we want.
    – Result page doesn’t have a “go back” button, so we have to return to main search page and fill out all the routing again.
    – Search does not show pricing for individual leg, instead it shows only the cabin we’re booked in.

    I don’t know if it’s just me or you’ve encountered this issue as well..

    Is anybody else seeing a new LifeMiles website? And has the functionality dropped to nil?

    I’m poking around the new “search” tool – and in order to get any results you need to be airline-specific now…

    Anybody else having issues or is it just me?

    Kinda looks like the OLD search tool to me. Maybe theyre just having a bad IT day? Glitch?
