LifeMiles – how to cancel a flight due to COVID?
I have a flight tomorrow to San Salvador that I booked with LifeMiles. El Salvador has just announced that they are prohibiting all foreigners from entering the country, so I cannot use the flight. I’ve tried to call LifeMiles / Aviana there’s no response and the call drops (after being on hold for hours). I’ve sent an email (in Spanish & English) to [email][email protected][/email] asking for assistance.
Any ideas on how to cancel the flight?
If I’m unable to cancel it before the departure, is it still possible to have the miles refunded to my account?
