LifeMiles and Turkish Airlines
I was eligible for the Lifemiles 200% bonus and was able to immediately redeem for US to Athens in October 2021, Air Canada outbound and Turkish Airlines inbound. I could pull up the outbound reservation immediately on the AC website using the AV record locator, but TK uses a different reservation system. AV gave me the TK record locator, but the TK website returns an error “Due to a technical error the e-ticket cannot be shown”. When I contacted TK via chat they told me to talk issuing agency (Avianca). I’d like to make sure the reservation is actually booked and select seats. Any suggestions?
