I have signed up for life miles and received a membership number. But I cant enter it into the specila OMAAT promotion box. It remains at 00000000

Try clearing your cache or using a different browser, maybe?
When I registered, I kept getting an error message saying I couldn’t be enrolled, but when I logged back into my account it should the promotion in my account.
