La compagnie cancellation
Hello, we are victims of the cancelled La Compagnie flights between NY and London. They have rerouted us thru paris subject to a 6-hour layover inbound. Outbound, we have been put on a 630am flight to paris for an 11am return to NY, so we are losing the entire last day of our vacation. La C has been less than accomodating though I have cited all applicable EC rules. In fact, I cannot even speak with a service rep as the bookers are stonewalling. Any ideas on how to get them to put us on another carrier in business class? Any thoughts on a good intermediary service?
Hello, we are vctims of the recent la compagnie NY-London route cancellation. La C has rebooked us thru paris, resulting in a 6-hour inbound delay and the loss of an entire day outbound. We want them to book on a different carrier but they refuse.The booking agents are stonewalling and it is impossible to reach a customer service rep. Any ideas, or any recommendations for a reputable intermediary who can assist with EC 261 regs?

Yes, they are, however we are still losing a full day in london outbound due to their limited service out of paris. Really just awful customer service, still have not official notification from La C and wouldn’t know about cancellation had I not read about it here (thanks, Lucky!)
