    Dear Lucky,
    I refer to your oldish review of China Southern F class. I was delighted that CZ management took your comments seriously and took action against the crew on your flight. Perhaps that will improve their F class experience and they will get more paying passengers in it.

    I travelled in it in 2014 and decided it was not worth the money. Reasons? Same problems that your later review identified. Staff and even their flight sheriff sleeping in the seats, being told I could have just one small dish and then seeing the staff enjoying what was meant to be my food in the galley, no champagne available (could not run out of it because F class had just 2 bona fide travellers), due to our delayed arrival I was promised ground staff to help me negotiate the run for my connecting flight at CDG – well, the staff just wasn’t there. Consequently, I missed my connecting flight and CZ incurred the costs of putting me on an alternative flight. It was hassle for me.
    One thing that i did notice: Prior to landing, the crew was busy staffing their bags with the ‘goodies’ in the front galley. perhaps that is where the missing champagne and food ended up? I thought that the whole flight in F was a farcical comedy though would prefer to watch it as a show rather than be a real life participant.
