Anonymous GuestWhile traveling on Emirates First Class next week to Milan, are chauffeur rides to / from the airport included? I have flown Emirates First Class while booking through Alaska points and they were NOT included. I can’t tell from my booking screen on Emirates.

I believe Emirates’ chauffeur policy is that it has to be a paid ticket or booked with their own Skywards program (and maybe Qantas’ program, given their partnership) to be eligible for chauffeur service. All other award tickets booked via other programs are not eligible.
