I WAS IN THIS PLANE AND I GOT 20.000 MILES REWARD. IS THIS ENOUGH???
AND BESIDES WE ARRIVE TO BUENOS AIRES WITH DELAY, THE PLANE ALSO LANDED IN MONTEVIDEO URUGUAY, FOR TWO HOURS.
hi @jonathan31, welcome. Please don’t take this the wrong way but I’m assuming that English is not your first language but when you are corresponding with the airline please don’t use all caps because this usually indicates anger/shouting and your perceived attitude can make a big difference in the outcome. Also, what you’re discussing here is “compensation” not a “reward”.
Ultimately it sounds like the airline got you where you were going albeit with a significant delay. The airline has made an offer of compensation. There is no standard level of compensation here–you’ll have to decide if it is enough for you or not. If not, I would sent them an email politely stating your reasons for requesting additional compensation and see what happens. Good luck!
that will be great to send them a letter
