Is OMMAT Trademarked/Copyrighted?

    Hi,

I am an attorney who works at JP Morgan and I noticed in January that a book was published called ‘One mile at a time’ (which is not related to miles and points). If infact the name is Copy righted then you can sue the Authors ass. If not, get the name Trademarked (send the name to the U.S Patton and Trade Mark office). Then you may be able to sue as this blog has been around since 2008 and his book 2017.
