I need someone in upper management who can get my 1.8M Starwood Points tripled that never were
I have been trying for 10 months now to have 1.8 million points that i have in my Starwood account (pre-merger) of August 18, 2018 converted 3 for 1 to Marriott points as they had said they would. The consumer affairs department in Nebraska has been useless and are offering me 300,000 pts as they say as a “good will gesture” They owe me 3.6 million points. I even have an email from their customer service department that states the same but for some unknown reason, the consumer affairs department must be mindless as it took about 5 minutes to determine what my Starwoods point balance was prior to the merger that was never converted 3 to 1.
There has to be someone out there who can help as they are trying to short change me about 25,000 worth of rewards that were earned over the years as a heavy usage customer.
