Hyatt free night certificate
Hilton proactively extended their free night certificates in light of the COVID-19 situation. Do you know if Hyatt is doing the same thing. We have 2 nights expiring in May. Thank you
Piggybacking on this, because I have the same question for IHG. My certificate expires in April (and it’s from the old IHG card, award night with no category cap). I really really hope they’ll do the right thing like Hilton did.
Have y’all reached out to the Twitter or Facebook teams with these questions? Perhaps they could at least let you know if it’s something being considered.

I’m currently holding off on contacting airlines/hotels at the moment, out of respect for people who may have way more pressing issues than this. If anything, if I can’t get an answer by the time my cert expires, I’m hoping I could have it reinstated after the fact.
