I just recently ask dsu for jakarta grand hyatt and was declined via phone. I saw availability in the hyatt app for the entry level suite. I contacted hyatt concierge @twitter and here is the reply:
Currently the Points+Cash w/diamond suite upgrade has its own indivdual availablity market seperate from the hotels standard Suite upgrade market. As well when using a DSU award there are specific suites the hotel allows for upgrades, as it is not eligible for all suites. ^CG
Can you please clarify?
