How to build points for trip to Japan?

How to build points for trip to Japan?

Need advice and guidance on how to build points and on which credit cards to use for Business Class Japan Airlines, JFK to Tokyo round trip?

    Hi Pat,

If you must fly Japan Airlines, you best option to book would be through AA or Alaska.

With Alaska, you have either of their cobranded Visa cards, buying miles, or transferring via Marriott.

With AA, I won’t rehash everything but Ben has a great post here: https://onemileatatime.com/best-travel-credit-cards/airline/american/

If you’re open to traveling on ANA instead, there are other options that could help get you there and very solid value for your points

Your best value would be American or Alaska
