How do I book custom star alliance itinerary?

How do I book custom star alliance itinerary?

  1. NickOnLinux New Member

In April, i’m looking at flying United from Newark to London, and then SAS or LOT Venice to NYC. I tried calling SAS but they said they couldn’t book it. Do you know which star alliance airline I should call to book this itinerary?

And if I have to call a travel agency, which one should I choose?

    Is this revenue or award?
If award, which program are you trying to book from?

    This itinerary is Revenue

Try using a multi city tool on airline’s or travel agency’s websites

I’ve tried that already with many different airlines and no result.

I just punched in a random date on Kayak and it showed me an itinerary for LOT. Where are you searching?

Here’s the thing, I only want to fly LOT from venice, but not to London. I would take another star alliance carrier to London. I’m looking for a United/Star Alliance there nonstop and LOT through Poland back.

So that seems to be pretty easily available:

Good Point. I mean I was trying to bundle it with the United from Newark to London because I know one way fares are almost always more expensive. Thanks.

I may be confused. Initially, I understood that you couldn’t get SAS or LOT to book the trip back so I just looked for return flights on a random date. Is the issue that you cannot get SAS or LOT to book the entire itinerary? If so, what do they say is the issue? You could always try booking one way on UA and then the return separately on SAS or LOT.

I was trying to book star alliance the whole way because I thought it was possible. I knew that the common sense thing was to book United one way and then SAS/LOT home. The problem is that one ways were ridiculously expensive on United, SAS, and LOT. So that’s why I’m trying to bundle the two flights into one reservation.

Is this what you are looking for?

The LHR flight is nominally tagged as Austrian but it is operated by UA.

Actually yes, that is what I am looking for.

If you still can’t get it to price (though with those flight numbers you should be able to), let me know. Our agent can ticket nearly anything ITA can compile.
