Anonymous GuestI booked what was surely a glitch on hotel tonight. $1 dollar a night at intercontinental da nang for four nights in February. The reservation was confirmed and my credit card was charged. Now hotel tonight is trying to weasel out saying there is an inventory issue and they will not honor reservation. Do I have any recourse? Thank you.

As you rightly pointed out, this was a glitch. Unfortunately I wouldn’t count on them honouring it. Hope you didn’t make any other non-refundable expenses.
