Hotel Near Tribeca, NYC

Hi, all. Looking for a hotel near Tribeca, NYC. Don’t want to stay in a dump (i.e. four stars or above) and want to make use of SPG/Hilton/Marriott rewards (preferably SPG). Any ideas?

Not very familiar with NYC but bumping this back to pg. 1 in case someone does. Have you looked at the usual suspects like tripadvisor?

There is a hampton inn, sheraton and four points in the tribeca (upper)/soho area.
All others are 4+ star props.

In the area where W Broadway and Canal ST meet, neither seem great. But not a direct dump either

Not in Tribeca, but fairly close bit more than half a mile away. Both seem great.
