Can I use Hilton gift card to buy Hilton points ? I can use amex offer to buy gift cards ($10 off $50) and then by points @ points.com?

If the points are sold by points.com, then you can’t use a Hilton gift card to purchase anything there. Only at an actual Hilton
Also, typically AMEX offers aren’t valid for gift card purchases (there are exceptions), so just make sure you read the fine print before buying anything
