Hilton Diamond Lifetime Status is not granted
I’ve been a Hilton Honors Diamond member for 15 years. I clearly meet the requirements for Lifetime Diamond status. However, Hilton, every time I ask them, says they need a few more MONTHS to verify my status. This has been going on for almost a year.
The problem, I suspect, stems from the fact that my account was hacked a few years ago and now I have a new #. I have provided them with the old and new numbers. The old number qualifies for Lifetime Diamond status on its own.
I don’t understand why this is happening. Can someone else shed some light on this?
