HILTON AMEX SURPASS GOLD STATUS–HOW LONG?

HILTON AMEX SURPASS GOLD STATUS–HOW LONG?

  1. PDX Traveller New Member

I was told by AMEX Customer Service that it could be up to 12 weeks–Really?
What are other folks experiences? How about Ford’s?
I was approved on 3/24; activated my card but still no change to Gold status on the Hilton Honors site.
    Thanks

Are you sure your Hilton Honors number is correctly linked to the card? Also, try calling Hilton and asking about it. It could be an issue on their end.

The AMEX site shows my correct HH# and points–so the number is linked.
I also called HH and they said it was up to AMEX to send them the info before they could update my status to Gold.
