I’m feeling kind of annoyed with Turkish Airlines miles program.
I have collected around 20000 miles in the past three years.
My last flight was on July 2018 from Buenos Aires to Kuala Lumpur.
Now I have received an email from the company saying 7k miles are about to expire by the end of this year.
What? I flew just six months ago with your company!
Now I’m asking myself why do I need to keep choosing this airline if, even I’m flying with them, they are not renewing and updating my miles.
In short, if you don’t collect enough miles during the three years they validate those miles, you will need to pay extra cash for extending them; flying with company is useless.
Can someone help me to clarify this?
Why would i choose to fly again with Turkish with the miles program?
