Help!My credit card had been double charged by Lifemiles

Help!My credit card had been double charged by Lifemiles

  1. Anonymous Guest

I’m from Beijing, China. Last November, I purchased miles through Lifemiles.com and my credit card had been double charged. My nightmare had begun! It’s been four months so far and I haven’t received my refund which is 3300 dollars from Lifemiles.
I sent many emails to enquiry about my refund and made many international calls as well, however, every time they apologise to me and tell me to wait….. I feel very angry about them and I think they just try to evade this problem and I don’t know how can I get my money back! I hope someone can help to report this incident!

What credit card did you use?

Lifemiles customer service isnt that great…I’d dispute the charge with your credit card issuer and provide documentation that you only made one purchase but was charged twice.
