    Man this is such a great website and community! Does anyone know whether is possible (and if so, how) to fly emirates first class in both the A380 and the 777 on the same award ticket? For example, using Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, could you book from Washington to Dubai to Brussels, with Dubai being a stopover? It would be so terrific to get to try both the new and old cabins on one award ticket. Thanks so much for the help!

    Theoretically, yes. Each segment is priced as a one-way, and you are allowed to have a stopover. You can’t stopover in the same city twice (i.e., you can stop in Dubai on the way there, but can only transit on the way home).

    With that said, good luck finding award space in their new cabin! Emirates is not making it easy:
