Flying Blue miles expiring

My 5000 Flying Blue miles will expire next month. Is there any way to keep them from expiring, without taking an actual flight?

Affiliated web shops, my suggestion would be to look for one that will sell you a gift card or some other electronic product since all seem to be Europe based.

Then there is websites that allow you to earn air miles on hotel stays if you have any upcoming. Sometime more limited in what room that are available and price might be higher
    Rocketmiles
    Pointshound
    Kaligo.com
That said, I’m not sure how fast miles post from 3 party site like these. Might be a too late for this time, but might be worth keeping in mind for the next time.
