Nonstop flights only? Air India has flat bed seats in business on its 77Ws and 787s, and it looks like it operates the 77Ws on its JFK flights. But you better check your particular dates as Air India’s 747s and 777s feature angle flat in business (and lie flat in First).
One-stop flights you should have plenty of options for flat bed seats.
