First Class Lounge in LAX recommendation
Good evening,
My family of 11 will be travelling from LAX to LHR this summer for a 30th anniversary present. With none of the 11 ever travelling first class, I wanted to ensure they have the best experience from it including the lounges. We will be at LAX for approximately 3 hours (after security). I wanted to ask the community which lounge would they recommend for the 3 hour wait. We are flying Delta (Virgin Atlantic operated) and 4 have priority pass from Amex (never used). Of the 11, 5 are teenagers if that makes a difference. Any input would be wonderful. Thank you.
Neither Delta nor Virgin Atlantic has a true “first class” product on board their planes – it’s actually business class. That being said, Virgin Atlantic does have a good product on board. For the adults, there is a small bar as well.
You and your family will be able to use the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX – http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2015/07/14/review-virgin-atlantic-clubhouse-los-angeles-lax/
You can also use Delta’s SkyClubs or the Korean Air Lounge at LAX by showing your boarding passes.
