Etihad Airways Pathetic Guest Relations.. Please Help
I have been in talks with Etihad Airways Guest Relations for more than 3 months now.
They hampered my security, damaged my bag, had to shell out way too much money for no fault of my own.
And today they replied saying they cannot do anything! That’s it.. no talks about compensation or anything.
What do I do??? Can some knowledgable person help me?
The flight in talk is between ORD and AUH.
And who all can I contact to complain about this? ICAO? FAA? DOT?
I can tell the whole story if needed.
