Emirates and their incorrect altitudes

Emirates and their incorrect altitudes

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky,

Have recently read some scary stuff about Emirates flying at the wrong altitudes on multiple occasions, specifically twice in China and most recently avoiding a near miss over the Indian Ocean. While I agree it is certainly a luxurious airline, what is your opinion on these recent safety issues? We fly them pretty frequently, and are pretty concerned now…

    Thanks!

    Hi Everyone,

I am a frequent flyer on Emirates, and was shocked to read about their recent near miss over the Indian Ocean, and even more alarmed to find it was not the first time they were found to have flown at the wrong altitude (twice over China). What does anyone have to say about how safe they are, or why this would keep happening? As a nervous flier, this is not something else I want to worry about when I’m up there…

    Thanks!
