Emirates and Avios

    Hi Lucky and hello everyone

Anyone has any recent experience in ticketing an emirates flight with a QF/qants code and crediting to British airways?

Welcome @AndreaItaly – Emirates is not partners with BA so you cannot credit flights there. Even though Qantas and BA are both in oneworld, Emirates is not and and only partners with Qantas.

I believed that if you ticket as QF it should be possible

If you buy the ticket through QF and it has a QF flight number though on EK metal then I would think you should be able to credit it to BA. If you bought the ticket through EK for a flight on QF metal, even if it has a QF flight number I don’t think you can credit it to BA.

If you can find the fare code, go to wheretocredit.com and see what you think you should get.
