    Hi lucky
    We had purchased business class Emirates tickets from New Zealand to Dubai and Portugal. It was refundable with a charge of $400. Like all airlines they are also sending encouraging emails offering credits or two year booking offers.
    We are concerned that the routes and particularly out of nz will not return within 2 years. We are also wondering how costs for business class tickets will increase over that period? Would we be better to hang onto tickets and at least get a guaranteed trip at the price we paid. Your thoughts of Emirates and options would be appreciated

    It’s honestly impossible to know, so if they are offering a full refund, I would probably take that.
