Driving in Germany

Driving in Germany

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Ben,

As a US resident with US driver license, I am wondering if I can drive in Germany. Do I need any document for driving in Germany besides my US driver license? Thanks.

    1. Jerry Diamond

Your US license is accepted in Germany. You’ll have no issues.

Nope, you should be fine. The US and Germany have a reciprocal agreement for driver’s licenses as long as you’re staying less than a year.
