    i booked in june 2015 a first class ticket on the qatar airways a380. i Paid with points from [URL]https://www.smiles.com.br/home[/URL]. For my flight qatar did change the a380 for a 777 with no first class. So now the booked me in business. Qatar not want to change me on the a380 flight on the same day. They say i have to contact [URL]https://www.smiles.com.br/home[/URL]. smiles says at the moment the have no avalable flights for me. The flight is 10 mai 2016. WHAT CAN I DO OR SHOULD I DO ? Guys please help me !!! THANKS SO MUCH !!!

    keep checking for QR award space using BA.com and ask Smiles to rebook when seats are available. If no seats open Smiles should refund the difference in miles between first and business class
