I am planning on flying from SFO to Europe on LH, but unfortunately not in First. Do you know if LH offers something similar to AA Five Star Service or AF First Ground Experience for Business passengers?

Nope — Lufthansa barely offers ground services for first class passengers as it is.
The Frankfurt and Munich airports have their own things though, run independently of LH. Which airports are you flying through?
