Anonymous GuestUntil recently I had some Etihad miles set to expire in about 3 months time. I was focusing on making a plan for using them up which would have been a partner redemption. But I just noticed in Award Wallet that the expiry had moved out to 11.5 months time and then confirmed this on Etihad Guest site. I have had no possible activity on the account that could have triggered any such change and therefore conclude it’s either a policy change or a glitch. Maybe they have realized just how disadvantageous a tight expiry policy is for them ?
