Delta
Lucky,
I have never seen you address this issue. I would be very interested to get you take on it at least and certainly any advice you might have.
My wife and I fly Delta and its partners. We alternate years of reaching Gold and Platinum. When we fly Aeroflot, we consistently find that our Delta Skymiles accounts do not get credited. I have called in many times and Delta has added in missing flights. However, Delta now insists that I send in the ticket stub. Most recently, we both flew on an Aeroflot flight, checked in and handed the agent our Skymiles cards, I got credit, my wife did not. Delta would do nothing because I could not produce the stubs. Do you really keep all your stubs until credited?
Ticket stub? As in, boarding pass? Personally, I keep almost all of mine, whether it’s the paper boarding pass or the digital one.
It is good practice to keep them at least until you get credit though – usually airlines to ask to see it to credit. Alaska Airlines asks for the same if partners miles dont post correctly.
