Delta Whistler – Calling out Bonvoy Blackouts

Delta Whistler – Calling out Bonvoy Blackouts

  1. Russ Gold

    Hello,

I am trying to go to Whistler and usually can redeem points at the Delta (Marriott) hotel.

I believe the “standard” room is the guest room with 1 Queen bed and it shows available each of the nights Friday March 15 and Saturday March 16. This is a $500-700CAD room so a great redemption.

When I try to search, I see the “We’re sorry. This property is not taking redemption bookings at this time. You can either book a cash reservation or search for another property.”

Is there any way to call out this property or find a way to book when I believe I should be able to since standard rooms are available?

It’s not just this property with this issue: https://onemileatatime.com/marriott-bonvoy-still-failing-at-basics/
